甲烷化转化炉采用高效镍催化剂,采用氢作载气或氮作载气柱后加氢的方式,把不能被氢火焰离子化检测器检测的微量CO和CO2转化为CH4。我公司自制的催化剂具有转化效率高,加热块死体积小,温场均匀,对分析各种高纯气体中微量CO、CH4、CO2具有非常高的检测灵敏度,最小检测浓度≤0.1ppm。
